What i eat on a daily base.

Morning:
-XL triple triple coffee from tim hortons.
-2 bottles of water.
-Chocolatechip muffin

Lunch:
-1 litre of chocolate milk.
-Bowl of plain pasta.

snack 1:
-Some kind of nuts
-protein shake

Dinner:
-Some kind of meat.
-Some kind of carb.
-1 Litre of milk

snack 2:
-Basicly whatever i want (chips, or fast food)
-1 litre of milk.

Same thing everyday.
